Applications

This is a general list of the applications I’ve found best on OS X. I might get round to doing the equivelent list for Windows Applications sometime.

Someone much more experienced with Macs has a similar list, I’ll be going through it soon.

Little progams that help with the system in general, not for a specific work or play task.

Tools for browser, downloading and communication over the internet.

Creating documents, PDFs etc.

Media players and creation tools.

Eding HTML, images etc.

The main learning for using the built in screen reader is knowing the keyboard shortcuts:

Interestingly, if you hold down the option key and click on an application, OSX will let you get into the resources that make up the program.
